Edit Mod Comment

PUT /games/:game-id/mods/:mod-id/comments/:comment-id

Edit a comment for the corresponding mod. Successful request will return the updated Comment Object.

Status Code	Error Ref	Description
403	11006	User performing this operation does not have an active account.
403	13009	Your account is limited Comments are restricted, please contact a parent or guardian to enable.
403	15055	User performing this operation can not rate the comment.
403	15059	User has already submitted a rating for the comment.
403	15095	Downvoting comments for mods has been disabled in game community settings.
